Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting the Philadelphia Flyers Warriors! As a non-profit organization, we rely on membership fees and donations to fund our programs, events, and operations. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Membership Fees

 All membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

 If a member withdraws due to medical reasons or relocation, a partial refund may be considered. A written request must be submitted to Artie Ford at treasurer@flyerswarriors.com.

 Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Event Fees

 Event registration fees may be refundable up to 10 days before the event date.

 After that deadline, refunds will not be issued unless the event is canceled by the Philadelphia Flyers Warriors.

Merchandise

 Merchandise may be returned within [30] days of purchase if unused and in original packaging.

 Custom items are non-refundable unless defective.
