Thank you for supporting the Philadelphia Flyers Warriors! As a non-profit organization, we rely on membership fees and donations to fund our programs, events, and operations. Please read our refund policy carefully.
• All membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• If a member withdraws due to medical reasons or relocation, a partial refund may be considered. A written request must be submitted to Artie Ford at treasurer@flyerswarriors.com.
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Event registration fees may be refundable up to 10 days before the event date.
• After that deadline, refunds will not be issued unless the event is canceled by the Philadelphia Flyers Warriors.
• Merchandise may be returned within [30] days of purchase if unused and in original packaging.
• Custom items are non-refundable unless defective.
