This program provides services not only on the ice but off the ice as well for players and their families.

If you are interested in becoming a Warrior please see ensure you meet the qualifications below prior to filling out any of the required information.

Requirements:

• A veteran of any military service, either Active Duty, Reserves or National Guard. 
• A discharge under honorable conditions.
• Not currently on Active Duty (May apply if separation is within 3 months).

and one of the following:

• 10% or greater disability from the VA.
• Purple Heart.
• Medically discharged from Active Duty, Reserves or National Guard.
• Veterans with disabilities that are a result of disease or injury incurred or aggravated during active military service.
• A disability that did not occur during military service and meets the discharge criteria.
• Post Service disabilities that are considered related to secondary disabilities occurring in service and for disabilities presumed to be related to circumstances of military service, even though they may arise after service.
